Monarch Bar & Grill is a Houston spot to dine, drink, sing and dance, in the Memorial area. It serves authentic Mexican and Tex-Mex food, signature cocktails and tequila, with live bands every weekend, karaoke on Wednesdays and Thursdays, Sunday brunch with live music, live sports on a large LED screen, an outdoor smoking area, free parking and happy hour every day.
Monarch also hosts private parties and events.
The brief
A bar and grill competes on the night out as much as the food. The site needed to sell both: the menu and drinks, the weekly entertainment, the happy hour and the private-event space, with online ordering and contact always in reach.
What Omojet built for Monarch Bar & Grill
Omojet designed a warm, moody site in deep red and black. The hero (“Monarch Bar & Grill: Dine, Drink, Sing, and Dance”) sits over a lounge photo with a Happy Hour button, and Order Online is fixed in the header next to the menu, drinks, happy hour menu, events and private events pages.
A column of red cards lists what's on (Sunday brunch, karaoke, happy hour, live music and private events) beside the About Monarch section and a checklist of amenities. Our Menu presents appetizers, main courses, desserts, cocktails, beer and wine as cards with links to the food and drinks menus.
A bold happy hour banner, a private events section with a contact button, a section on Houston Mexican food, and a Blogs & Articles grid finish the page. The site runs on WordPress with Elementor.
