About Filmizo

Filmizo's website works like a streaming service: a cinematic featured-film hero with Play and More Info, then rows of commercials, music videos and reels, designed and built by Omojet.

Filmizo is a video production company based in Houston, Texas. Its work spans commercials and ads, brand films and stories, music videos and short-form reels for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, made for restaurants, clinics and dental practices, law firms, real estate, brands and artists.

The studio directs, films, edits and color grades its own productions, and the site lists a library of finished pieces, from 30-second commercials to full music videos and live event films.

The brief

A video company's website has one job above all: get people watching. Filmizo needed a home page that feels like the product it sells, makes a large library of videos easy to browse on any screen, and still reads clearly to Google and AI search as a Houston video production company.

What Omojet built for Filmizo

Omojet designed Filmizo's new site as a streaming-style web app. The home page opens on a full-screen featured film, like a streaming service's billboard: a big title, the running time and format badges (4K, HDR, 16:9), a one-line synopsis, and Play and More Info buttons, with a strip of thumbnails to switch between featured films. The Masquerade Party, a live DJ set Filmizo directed, filmed, edited and color graded, is one of them.

A “Who's watching?” screen lets visitors pick their kind of business (Restaurants, Clinics & Dental, Law Firms, Real Estate, Brands or Artists) so the screen is programmed around that choice, and “Just browsing” goes straight to the films. Below the hero the page runs like a streaming service: an Up Next row, Studios for Commercial, Social, Music and Originals, a numbered “Top 10 in Houston today” row, widescreen Commercials & Music Videos, an In Focus case study, vertical Reels & Shorts you can swipe, and Collections by industry. A “Filmizo standard” section explains what every production includes, and a closing block answers common questions about Houston video production and lists the areas where the team films.

The site is built with Next.js, so rows of video thumbnails stay fast and the layout adapts cleanly from a wide desktop to a phone, where the reels and the profile picker feel at home.

On the content side, Omojet creates Filmizo's reels and shorts, so the videos on the site and on the brand's channels come from the same pipeline.
