About Zoomix

A catalog web app for Zoomix, a Houston wholesale distributor of promotional products, built so businesses can search 20+ categories and request bulk orders with a sample first.

Zoomix is a Houston-based wholesale distributor that helps businesses grow their brand through promotional products. Orders start at 1,000 pieces, every client receives a product sample before committing to a large order, and the company highlights competitive wholesale pricing and no shipping costs.

The catalog spans categories such as audio, automotive, awards and recognition, business supplies, camping, electronics, fitness equipment, gifts, home and kitchen, drinkware, power and charging, phone accessories, bags and fashion.

The brief

A promotional products buyer usually knows the kind of item they want, not the exact product. Zoomix needed a catalog that makes a wide range easy to browse and search by category, explains the bulk-order process in a few steps, and pushes buyers toward a quote rather than a one-off checkout.

It also had to work for two kinds of visitor at once: an event planner or brand manager browsing ideas for an event or a branded gift, and a repeat buyer who knows exactly which category to open. That meant fast search, clear category names and product cards that show enough to shortlist without opening every page.

What Omojet built for Zoomix

Omojet built Zoomix as a Next.js web app. A Categories menu in the header opens every product family, and the search bar suggests categories as you type (“Search for Automotive”). Under the hero, a rail of round category icons and a Shop by Category grid give two quick ways into the catalog.

The home page explains the wholesale offer (bulk orders made simple, free pre-order samples, competitive pricing, no shipping costs), then shows Featured Products rows for categories like Audio and Bags & Accessories, with product cards and carousels. A four-step How It Works section (Select, Sample & Approve, Bulk Order & Delivery, Support & Care) sets expectations, followed by Blog & Guides and an FAQ on minimum order quantity, samples, shipping, sourcing and logo customization.

Built as a web app, the catalog loads quickly, keeps category browsing smooth on phones, and gives the team a structure that can grow as new product lines are added.
